749. The Minister of Finance is responsible for the application of this Act.

The Minister of Finance is responsible for the application of this Act, except for the provisions relating to the functions and powers exercised by the Authority for the purposes of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1), which are under the responsibility of the Minister who is the Chair of the Conseil du trésor.
